- Fill in one short form about your business: services, hours, area and your booking link.
- Set your phone to forward calls you don't answer to the number we give you. We show you how, step by step.
- Pass the one-time identity check our phone provider requires before it can give you a phone number.
- Submit the carrier registration for business texting. Texts start once the carriers approve it.
Questions.
- Does the AI pretend to be a person?
- No. It tells the caller it is an AI assistant. Anything it can't handle, it takes a message for.
- Do I have to change my phone number?
- No. You keep your number. Calls you don't pick up are forwarded to the AI.
- Can it answer calls before my Google profile is connected?
- Yes. Call answering only needs call forwarding. The review features are the ones that need your Google sign-in.
- When does the text-back start?
- Business texting in the US needs a one-time carrier registration in your business's name. You submit it with our guide, and texts start once the carriers approve it.
- What does it cost beyond the plan?
- Phone minutes and text messages are billed to your own account as you use them.
