Terms of Service
Last updated October 16, 2026
These terms cover your use of gobizup.com and its live review demo, which are operated by Biz Up Consulting LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as BizUp ("BizUp", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. Questions: support@gobizup.com.
Our services
The site describes BizUp's services. When you sign up for a plan, the plan details and the terms presented at checkout govern that service, alongside these terms. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
The live review demo
- The demo shows public Google reviews of the business you look up, or the text you paste, and replies drafted by an AI. Reviews shown belong to their authors and are credited to them.
- AI drafts can be wrong. They are examples of what the service does, not advice, and you use them at your own judgement.
- Use the demo for your own business or one you are evaluating, and do not try to overload it, scrape it or get around its limits.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts from us, the terms in the "Text messages" section of our Privacy Policy apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Content and trademarks
The site's content, design and the BizUp name and logo belong to BizUp or are used with permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to describe what our services work with.
No warranties
The site and the demo are provided "as is". We work to keep them accurate and available, but we make no promise that they are error-free or always online, and we make no promise of any particular business result.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, BizUp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the demo, and our total liability for anything arising from the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Liability for a paid service is set out in that service's terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be heard by the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
